Strength and Peace

2026-09-26

We live in a world where almost everything seems to require money. Food, transportation, bills, education, health, and even simple daily activities involve expenses.

So many times, we think money is what we need most.

But when anxiety begins to attack our hearts and minds, we discover that money cannot answer every need.

Sometimes, what we need most is peace and strength.

The Bible says:

«“The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.”
— Psalm 29:11»

God knows that life can become overwhelming. He knows the pressure we carry, the bills we worry about, and the uncertainty we face.

Money can provide for some of our needs, but only God can give the peace that settles an anxious heart and the strength that keeps us moving forward.

This does not mean we should ignore our financial responsibilities. We should work, plan, save, and manage our resources wisely. But we should never allow money to become our ultimate source of security.

Our resources may run low, but God’s strength does not.
Our circumstances may change, but God’s peace remains available.

When anxiety comes, don’t only ask, “Where will I get the money?”

Also ask:

“Lord, give me the strength to face this and the peace to trust You.”

Because sometimes, the greatest provision God gives us is not something He puts in our hands—but the peace He puts in our hearts.
